Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FinSlime web application ("Service"), owned and operated by Oleksandr Marchuk / Private Entrepreneur registered in Ukraine. By registering for and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Purpose of the Service

FinSlime is a personal finance management tool that allows users to:

• create accounts, wallets, categories, and transactions,
• track income and expenses, balances, money movements over the time
• view reports and statistics,
• optionally share financial tracking with other registered users via invitations.

3. Accounts and Registration

• An account is required to use the Service.
• Registration is free of charge.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Access and Features

• The core features of the Service are free.
• Premium features may be introduced in the future under a paid subscription model (e.g., annual subscription), with payments accepted via bank card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
• Users will always have access to a free version of the Service.

5. User Data

• All financial records, transactions, and other data are created and managed solely by the user.
• By default, such data is private and accessible only to the account holder, unless the user chooses to invite other users to share access.
• The Service does not moderate user financial data, as it is private and user-controlled.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties,
• use the Service for fraudulent or illegal purposes,
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or the Service's systems.

7. Disclaimer and Liability

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.
• The Service owner is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you input into the Service.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the Service. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Service shall be resolved in accordance with Ukrainian law.
